BuddhaLand Co. ensure that every transaction on our website is swift and seamless and without any hassle. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement.

What is BuddhaLand Co.'s Exchange Policy? How does it work?

To return or exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +91 9890922311 (WhatsApp) or email us at hello@buddhaland.in with your order number and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

Our customer care team will look into the issue and respond to you within 72 working hours. 

How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?

  • Refund which will be processed in 10 working days (after the product reaches us). The refund shall be made to original mode of payment in case of prepaid order or to UPI ID in case if COD orders.
  • We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

BuddhaLand Co. pick up the product I want to return from my location?

  • We have partnered up with multiple shipping providers so that we can arrange for a pickup from your location. Please ensure that you pack the products in the bag provided along with a safe exterior protector and secure it with duct/clear tape.

Why has my return request been declined?

  • You return request can be declined due to the following reasons:
    1. No pickup available from your location via our courier partners.
    2. Multiple returns happened from the same address/customer.

Why did the pick up of my product fail?

  • The pickup usually happens on the day when the pickup request is created from our end. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, depending on the region that you live in, you can face some delay. However rest assured the pickup will happen within 72 hours

How do I cancel the order, I have placed?

  • The order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, if you wish to get in touch with us you can write to us and explain the situation. We will be happy to help you out.

What is the exchange policy for international shipments?

  • International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • If a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect the order from our Shipping agency, BuddhaLand Co. will not be liable to provide a refund.
